Peter Trombley, B.A., M.B.A., I.N.S.A., is the founder and principal consultant for LTB & Co. He has over twenty years of experience in business planning, technology development, and financial consulting. As the principal of this firm and as a former consulting manager for a Big-6 accounting firm, he has been responsible for the project management and execution of a variety of engagements.  His practice is focused on bringing world class consulting methodologies and experience to small enterprises at an efficient and affordable price.

He was one of the original Technical Advisors selected for the Rensselaer County Entrepreneurship Assistance Program and the Washington County Micro-Enterprise Assistance Program, serving both from their inception in 1996. He has served on the Board of Directors or Board of Advisors for a number of small startup firms in the capital district and has also served as a loan committee member for the Capital District Loan Fund for the last decade.

As a certified Interchange Network Security Auditor, he is one of the few independent auditors in the country providing encryption consulting and auditing to financial institutions operating ATM networks or processing bankcard transactions.

He has also been employed by a financial services holding company as a corporate planning analyst with responsibilities in strategic planning and mergers and acquisition analysis. Earlier positions included duties as a fixed-income research analyst and commercial casualty underwriter for a global multi-line insurance company.
